Maintain a safe and ethical work environment
Work directly with Production Manager to ensure that job priorities are established
Set up and operate Haeger machine
Follow Work Center guidelines
Check Job Traveler for specific and/or special instructions
Review print to properly set up machine with the correct tool & pressure
Retrieve hardware per the print and verify accuracy
Work from drawings/prints to produce Quality conforming parts
Perform both visual and dimensional inspections to quality standards
Detect faulty operation of equipment or defective materials
Issue material to the specific job
Communicates well with both internal and external stakeholders
Maintain a positive and productive working relationship with all HFI departments
Must be able to successfully set up equipment.
Must have excellent communication and mechanical skills.
Must be able to read and understand blueprints and measuring equipment.
Must be quality detailed orientated in hardware insertion.
Works well with team members and other departments.
This is a safety-sensitive position.
